Youre kidding me

Every time I load this app, it immediately sets my sound to MAX and the music starts playing. This is a terrible problem!
Why does this app adjust MY sound settings! If I mute my iPad and start an app it should NOT adjust my volume settings, and it should certainly NEVER default my volume settings to MAX.
Fix this problem!!
